What's new?
November 4 High-school toppleball has made its debut in Western Pennsylvania! See the PITL page for scores.
September 8 I have updated the links page - you can now easily get your hands on all the equipment you need to play toppleball.
August 25 New photos are up, along with one new video.
August 21 Camp is over, and videos and new photos will go up soon. I am also trying to organize an interscholastic league in Pittsburgh this fall. See the future page for details.
June 9 Well, plans have changed, and I will be at camp this summer after all. The Calvary tournaments will live on, and we'll get some crazy games going up there. This means no possibility of a Pittsburgh series, at least not this summer.
April 25 If you would be interested in a series of toppleball games throughout the summer, starting in June, e-mail me (Alex) at aeversme@umich.edu and let me know whether Saturday or Sunday afternoons would work better for you. I would love to organize some games and possibly even a tournament, if we have enough people. This would be the perfect opportunity to get in shape for the Calvary tournaments, to relive moments of glory from this or previous summers, and to introduce your friends to the sweetest game ever.
April 10 Toppleball is spreading, from the indoor Athletic Center at Kenyon College to the middle school playing fields of Ann Arbor. Today, the midwest; tomorrow, the world!
January 23 It's cold, there's not much daylight, and toppleball season at camp seems ages away. The reunion topopleball game was a bust - Joe was the only other person there - but I think that was due to simple bad timing. Maybe next year...
November 10 I've added another rule for the defense, rule 3.2d, about holding the ball for longer than 5 seconds. Joe helped me flesh out an appropriate penalty.
October 24 I finally got the links page working, even though there's not much there yet. I have yet to call any of those online suppliers to find out if they have the real deal in stock, but once I find out, I will be sure to make an announcement about it.
